Payment

Payment is due at the time of service. Preferred payment methods include cash or Venmo. Credit/debit cards and contactless payments (Apple Pay, etc.) are also accepted; please note that a small transaction fee will be added to card payments.

Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice and no-shows will be subject to a full 60 minute session rate.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session time will not be extended to respect the time of the next client. Full session fees still apply.

Intake & Transition Time

Each appointment includes up to 10 minutes for initial discussion and transition time on and off the table.

Scope of Practice

I do not diagnose or treat medical conditions. Massage and bodywork are intended as supportive, complementary therapies to promote overall well-being.

Confidentiality

All client information, health history, and session details are kept strictly confidential. Your privacy is respected at every stage of the therapeutic process.

Professional Boundaries

This is a professional therapeutic environment. Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session and full payment will be required.

Health & Safety

If you are feeling unwell or have had recent exposure to contagious illness, please reschedule your appointment. I will do the same in return.

In-Home Sessions

Space requirements

For home visits, please provide a clean, safe space free of distractions. The minimum space required is approximately 6 feet by 10 feet, allowing room for both the table and safe movement around it. Pets should be secured, and the environment must be smoke-free.

Client Readiness

Please be prepared for your session at the scheduled start time. This means being showered, dressed down to a comfortable level, and ready to begin—not in the shower, eating, or otherwise occupied when I arrive.

Practitioner Safety

I reserve the right to decline or end a session if the environment is unsafe, unsanitary, or otherwise not suitable for massage. In such cases, full payment for the scheduled session will still apply.
